Account Deactivation
Customers can request closure or deactivation of portal access from this page while required billing, delivery, accounting, tax, custody, and audit records are preserved.
How this works
- Submit an account deactivation request from the customer portal after logging in.
- Once approved, personal portal login and account access are disabled and removed from active use.
- Invoices, payments, deliveries, custody/assets, accounting records, tax records, and audit logs may still be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
- If you have outstanding balances, pending quantities, open deliveries, unreturned company assets, active complaints, or unsettled wallet or financial obligations, the request cannot be completed until those obligations are settled.
