Return & Refund Policy

This return policy applies only if you bought our products through our authorized Sales Representative or through our website (bluelagoon.ae). If you bought our products at a retail store and would like to return or exchange it, please contact that store directly. Blue Lagoon Water want you to be totally happy with the products and services you receive from us. Please check the products on delivery and report any damaged items within 24 hours. Blue Lagoon Water may not be responsible for replacing any product if damage is reported after this time.

How to apply for my refund?

Within 24 Hours from Delivery, you can apply for refund by sending Email to: refund@bluelagoon.ae . Email to be includes your name, Registered Mobile Number, product to be returned, Date & Time purchased, Reason of refund request. you will get an Auto reply email confirming the receipt of refund request. Within two working days You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. Shipping Charges May Apply.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return shipment is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Which Products / Items I Can Refund?

Unopened and unused Product can be returned. Coupon Book/Coupons/Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and valid for One Year from the date of purchase/issuance. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
